Fareconnect takes care of
all of your invoicing
without charge.
After a booking is made over your website and we receive a confirmation
(or after you submit a booking sheet for any other method of making a
booking), our Head Office creates an invoice for your booking and sends
it to you via email. From here, you can forward it on to your client(s)
for their records.
Some TBOs also choose to do their own invoicing (usually if they are
working under their own Agency Name) and we can provide you with
templates if you'd prefer to invoice your clients on your own.
Almost all Travel
Ticketing is done via email (with a few rare exceptions
such as group ticketing). The Supplier sends your clients' tickets to
Fareconnect. We then forward these directly to you via email as soon as
we receive them, for you to send directly to your client(s).
With
all of your invoicing taken care of by us, and no tickets to have to
buy postage for and remember to mail out, it makes owning your own
Travel Business easier than ever!
